So, you say you are experienced.
The first thing you must realise before going any further is that should you wish to work for us you have to be brilliant.
We take no chancers, rejects, cheaters or useless people. Only the best need apply.
The positions available are for management, pit bosses and Inspectors. Minimum experience in the industry is 4 years.
You should have knowledge in Blackjack, Roulette and be able to deal any Poker game. Knowledge of Pontoon is
advantageous although not necessary.
You should be a procedures oriented dealer, as you will be dealing in addition to inspecting.
Your appearance is not important as long as you are well groomed and behaved. Remember, we are looking for the best people around, not the most beautiful.
The positions on offer all require the signing up of a year contract. We will provide you with accommodation, transportation, flight ticket refunds (up to $800), a computer connected to the Internet and digital satellite TV. The perks of the position include living on the shores of Lake Victoria and being 2 hours drive away from the Serengeti. Another exciting aspect is the fact that the house you will be staying in comes with its own maid. Yes - a maid! Imagine not having to do house work again. No cleaning, washing or ironing. All of our staff like this aspect and you should budget on roughly $20-30 a month for this privilege.
Smoking anything other than cigarettes and taking any drugs other then those prescribed by a doctor are strictly prohibited. Alcohol is fine - alcoholics are not.
Your CV is required together with a Photo. A full size clear photo of you is preferred (Passport photos make people look like criminals.) Click here to get a preferred CV format sent to you in Microsoft word. You can, however, send any CV you have. Pay attention, though, to the format of our CV so that you have all of our required details.
Once you have passed the CV stage you we will undergo a table test (where possible). If not possible, telephone interviews will follow. Remember, you must be able to deal.

Now, your qualifications:
A complete understanding and speaking of the English language. If somebody is reading this information for you, you are wasting your time. You need to be able to read and write English.
Your age should be within the range of 18 - 25. Any younger than that and you should be in school, which brings us to the next point:
You should have completed your full schooling career. This job requires mathematical skills. Make sure you know basic math. ALL CALCULATIONS WILL BE DONE IN YOUR HEAD.
